VIP Day is a day focused on a completing the work to build out
a structured process or system in your business
VIP Days are all about doing FOCUSED WORK! An area is identified within your business that needs to be improved, streamlined, optimized, or developed so you can better run your business or deliver for your customers.
This single day of work is structured in sprints so that each hour has a focus for what we're doing. No surprises, no getting off task. This is a 4-6 hour 1:1 coaching session that is focused on either improving an area of delivering for your customer (production, sales, and customer service processes) or improving how you run your business (process & systems development and people management process).
We use our signature framework and the tools within to help you improve these specific areas in your business.
