The Optimize coaching experience is tailored to provide you with focused consulting utilizing our signature framework to help you develop & improve HOW your business operates. This program has 2 packages depending on your focus (delivering for your customer OR running your business). We offer virtual 1:1 coaching sessions that focus on growing and scaling your business, providing tools for process development, and delivering your offer. Our 4 - 6 week program is designed to be structured to work on your business need. These are virtual sessions to make meeting as simple as possible. We are coaching you through the process to help you stay on track and achieve your goals. Our coaching program is designed to provide you with the tools and strategies you need to take your business to the next level. We're largely hands-off (of the day-to-to day work), but serve as a guide to maneuver you through the process.
